Project & Account Executives

Reporting to Senior Account Manager

The role

You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and running of project objectives to make sure your projects finish on time, stay within budget and meet the requirements of the business from a commercial and quality standpoint. As well as managing a client portfolio and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while developing project-based clients into client accounts. 

The Project and Account Executive is an incredibly detail-oriented and organised person to join the team to manage our clients’ projects. We are looking for someone who loves the data and detail of project performance as well as commercially focused, loving the challenges of developing client relationships.

 

Primary responsibilities

Project Management

  • Take briefs from clients and foster long-lasting relationships with them

  • To manage the project from start to finish, making sure it adheres to the brief and that all output is proofed and checked before it is presented back to the client

  • Ensure all clients are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns

  • Coordinate to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld

  • Work within the Client Team to control project progress, review
    any issues that may impact on budgets and deadlines

  • Provide cost estimates and quotations, and monitor budgets

  • Prepare accurate status reports and a campaign plans

  • Ensure all content is on brand and meets client’s requirements

 

Account Executive

  • Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner

  • Execute the company’s growth strategy

  • Facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas

  • Manage the entire development cycle of project-based clients into client account

  • Unearth new opportunities within account and turn them into long term partnerships

  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation with the support of the Account Director

  • Keep records of sales and data

  

Essential requirements for the role

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills. You will also demonstrate the ability to coordinate with clients at a variety of levels and across functions and oversee client expectations to ensure their satisfaction.

We’re looking for an individual who loves a client challenge, relishes variety and takes great pleasure in making the complex simple.

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role

  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commercial Acumen

  • Must be able to manage multiple projects workflows and resources simultaneously.
